How many logo design concepts do I get for each logo request?

Usually 2 logo design concepts are presented. After the clients decides which one they like best then the client is allow to keep only one of the 2

What if I do not like any of the 2 first logo concepts?

As much as we try to satisfy you 100% and If by any chance you are not happy with our work you have the option to request a 3rd logo design with a 50% discount.

Keep in mind that each design is based on the information gathered and submitted by you the client so that we can graphically represent what you have in mind first and of course that combine with our creativity and designing skills.

What kind of files or formats do I get once I pay for my logo?

What is the website design process?

If your current website look bored, outdated and not user friendly. We can improve and re design your entire online presence with professional graphic user interface (GUI) to allow your website visitors interact and navigate your site in a more friendly way.

What are the payments options?

For any design job request. Pixellama requires 50% Deposit (non-refundable) and the remaining 50% balance payment is due once the job is completed and/or delivered.

What are the payments types your business accept?

We accept cash, checks, and any online credit card payment via Paypal.

What is your turnaround for printing?

After approval for most jobs 3 to 5 business days for local shipping (Tampa and nearby areas)

What are your cancellation fees?

If any cancellation is made within 24 hours after deposit is given 50% of initial deposit is refundable. If a job is cancelled after the 24 hour timeframe, Zero ($0) refunds. Payments made for any printing job after approved are not refundable unless we are not able to deliver it.
